YouTube workflow management
Privacy Policy
Data and purposes of access
YtFusion processes email identity, channel identity, video metadata,
YouTube statistics, and comment data according to the features used and permissions granted. Data is used for
account authorization, video and live stream management, statistics, and comment operations initiated by users.
Access must only be used for functions approved by the user.
Storage and transfers
OAuth credentials, channel configuration, caches, logs, and backups
may be stored on computers or VPS instances managed by the operator. Update Auth and server transfer
features send credentials to the destination server selected by the operator. Backups may remain after
a channel copy is deleted and must be handled separately.
Other services
YouTube requests are sent to Google. When third-party features are enabled,
selected content may be processed by those providers according to their configuration and policies.
The operator must explain any additional services used before asking users to use them.
Limited Use
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must comply with the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements. Google data must not be sold or used for personalized advertising
or to train general-purpose AI models.
Revoking access and deleting data
You can revoke access through your
Google Account third-party connections.
Revoking access stops subsequent access but does not automatically delete stored files or backups.
Use the support email address shown on the Google consent screen to request deletion of your data, including copies on VPS instances and in backups.
The operator must ensure that all relevant copies are addressed.
Retention and changes
Necessary data is retained while the channel is being managed;
backup and log retention is managed by the operator. Contact the operator for retention details
for your installation. Changes to data practices must be reflected in this policy.
